Get Reimbursed Faster

There is no catch. Our members help us source the items we need, then simply upload their invoice to the portal and receive their reimbursement. It’s straightforward, transparent, and allows you to earn perks and rewards along the way.

After we receive your items, our team reviews the invoice you’ve uploaded to the portal. If everything checks out, your reimbursement is processed within 1–7 business days. Reimbursements are issued via E-Transfer, EFT, or wire transfer, depending on the total amount.

We currently offer both pickup and direct shipping options. If you’re within our pickup range, you’ll be notified during signup, and our team will coordinate the pickup with you via email on a biweekly basis. If pickup isn’t available in your area, you can ship the items directly to our facility using the address provided to you after signing up.

Yes. Our services are not tied to a specific location. Whether you’re a local member or located outside of Canada, you can use our platform as long as you’re able to purchase from Canadian retailers and have the items shipped to our facility. Once received, you’ll be eligible for reimbursement.

For each deal we post, you’ll see the maximum number of units you’re allowed to commit to. You can participate in multiple deals at the same time and purchase units at your own pace, buying as many as you feel comfortable with within each deal’s limits.

We at times post deals when they go on sale, or when a new item that is highly demanded comes out. So at times the deal may end up going up in price and or selling out, and that may be why the listed price for reimbursement may not look the same or the deal may not be available for purchase.
